I can meet with you prior to you seeing a solicitor to suggest what you need to do first and where to go and what to do next, so that you have a plan and a path forward.

I can also assist those who have solicitors with supporting you in the process both emotionally and practically such as by assisting you with completing Forms E and any other documents you may need.  

I have worked as a family solicitor for fifteen years so can give you information about what you need to consider and where best to find advice and support.  I can give you

•    An outline of the options available to you, 

•    Ways to reach decisions about your children and finances and any other issues, 

•    An outline of what you need to achieve and what you can do yourself to keep costs down, 

•    Links to good websites for divorce and I can talk you through the process, 

•    Suggestions of good solicitors, forensic accountants and Independent Financial Advisors who I can recommend to you if that is appropriate.  

Meetings can takes place online or by telephone for about 1 hour.
