Family Mediation and MIAMs for Separating Couples
At Ellie Newbery Mediation, I provide expert guidance for separating families, focusing on constructive communication to reach amicable resolutions. As a good family mediator, I assist all family types, including married and non-married couples, modern families, and grandparents, particularly in the Haslemere area.
I can also have a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) with you and provide you with a MIAM certificate so that you can apply to Court if you wish.
Divorce Consulting and Coaching
Receive vital divorce information and guidance tailored to navigate this life transition. My services are designed to explain the steps in the divorce process and the available support.
If you’re contemplating divorce or require assistance with your finances divorce, such as with completing Forms E, I can guide you efficiently in a very cost effective way.
If you have solicitors but just want a bit of clarity or extra support then do get in touch.
Hybrid or Shuttle Mediation for Separating Couples
I offer Hybrid Mediation and Shuttle Mediation which can both be really effective ways to reach a financial settlement or make arrangements for children.
Hybrid Mediation allows me to keep confidences between you so that I can assist you towards a settlement, and may or may not involve solicitors as well.
Shuttle Mediation can be effective if you would prefer to be in separate rooms (online or in person) for whatever reason and helps establish some dialogue which is often quicker and more effective than using solicitors or applying to Court. This can be used even in very high conflict cases.

Located in Fernhurst, I am a non-practising family solicitor accredited by the Family Mediation Council to offer family mediation for separating couples and families around West Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire, including online services. My goal is to assist with family mediation and provide comprehensive divorce information tailored to your needs.
